Cancellation & refunds

This website does not handle card details directly. When checkout is available, Stripe processes payments and send its purchase receipt. Our signed-payment delivery service provides the download after an eligible paid purchase.

Digital downloads

For instant digital content, a customer must expressly consent to supply starting during the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge the effect on cancellation rights. That consent must be collected by the checkout before downloading. Statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or inaccessible digital content are unaffected.
